Jess fully automatic multifunctional protein expression quantitative analysis system is a new generation protein expression analysis platform that utilizes capillary electrophoresis separation and immune hybridization technology to automate protein separation and immune detection in traditional protein immunoblotting experiments within a single nano upgraded microcapillary. It accurately quantifies protein expression levels and has multiple modes of chemiluminescence, high-sensitivity dual color fluorescence, total protein normalization, and elution heavy hybridization.


Jess's working principle


Jess only needs to add the protein sample and reagents to the matching sample plate, and the rest will be automated. The system can automatically perform tasks such as gluing, sample addition, protein separation based on molecular weight, UV cross-linking to fix proteins onto the inner coating of capillaries, incubation with primary and secondary antibodies, cleaning, color development, and direct collection of chemiluminescence or fluorescence signals using CCD cameras. The peak area can be quantified by optical signal values, and the quantified values can be fitted into Western blot lane plots. Therefore, this technology is also known as fully automatic capillary digital Western.
